Grandma Harvey came to visit last week, and she will be here until this Friday. We are happy to have her and it has felt in some ways like we have been on vacation from Lola, except we are not somewhere hot and tropical like Hawaii. Darn it! Grandpa Harvey is expected at the end of this week after his vacation of gambling in Vegas and visiting my brother. We are so happy that the grandparents can come see Lola quite frequently. Thank goodness for retirement!
While Grandma has been here, Chuck and I had a dinner party to go to on Friday night, a surprise birthday party to attend on Saturday night and I went to a baby shower today for my friend Dana who is due on April 10th. What a whirlwind of a weekend, and we even managed to make church and help out Michelle with her kids since Chuck's brother Travis was on a business trip. Whew, I am happy for Monday now!
